Case New Holland Plant Tour
CEGA Chapter held a Plant tour of the Case-New Holland
plant in Dublin, GA 22 February 2007. CNH does appx $340 million of sales each
year with a staff of 70 people overhead and direct. Mr. Morris Ayers presented
an overview of Plant operations and some of the challenges of his supply chain.
The President of CEGA recognized for his outstanding
support of the CEGA Chapter. Mr. Eddie Icard ITP Chief of Robins Air Force Base
has supported the Chapter by sending his workers to CPIM review classes and was
instrumental in providing CPIM review classes to over sixty personnel of EMXG
Robins Air Force Base. The Chapter gave Mr. Icard an APICS Rosewood Pen and
Pencil set. A survey was taken and will be published under separate cover.
