information on Dr. Fair.
Dr. Fair has a diverse career
in the fields of Strategic Management, Human Resource
Management, and Management development. Dr. Fair has
effectively used her skills as an organization manager,
management consultant, and educator. She has worked in
corporate management for International Paper Company, as a
management consultant with the Hay Group International, as a
university professor, and a small business owner.
Currently, she is a management professor at Georgia College
and State University, focusing on Strategic Management and
Organizational Behavior.
Dr. Fair holds a Ph.D. in
Management and an M.B.A. degree, both from the Gatton
College of Business and Economics at the University of
Kentucky, and a degree in Education from Auburn University.
She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
certification from the Human Resource Certification
Institute (HRCI), and is a long-time member of the Society
for Human Resource Management.
