CEGA Board Meeting
June 28, 2007
Transition Meeting
Board members present Keith Flury, Sandra Harvey,
Karen Lasch, Janet Boyd, Dennis Leahy, and Clint Grant.
The CBAR/CMS for 2006 – 2007 were discussed and
went through line by line to ensure board buy-in.
Janet Boyd reported on the Chapter finances and
indicated the Chapter was in good financial shape.
The President presented a show and tell by
displaying the Chapters new computer and projector. This is for
teaching Review classes.
Keith Flury indicated he had spoken with Norval
Johnston, Chair of Section 1525 of ASQ (American Society for Quality) to
set up a joint meeting. It was agreed on the first meeting of the year
we would have a joint session with ASQ. Keith has the handle on this.
Keith formally took over the reins as President of
Central Georgia.
