Ayres from Case New Holland gave a presentation on CNH and specifically
information about the Dublin Plant

Discussed the 2007-2008
Marketing Plan
o
Janet gave a Financial
Report (Chapter is in good financial shape).
o
The President clarified
misunderstanding concerning filing income taxes. “Not for Profit
business has a $25000.00 income threshold. The way that threshold is
formulated is to average three years income ie (this year and the past
two years) if the average is less than $25000.00 you do not have to file
taxes, however once you file then you should file every year even to say
you did not meet the minimum requirements”

Sandra and Keith are to
work on a formal schedule of events
o
The CNH Plant Tour is
scheduled for 23 February at 630 PM.
o
Stephanie will provide a
Do’s and Don’t List and Driving Directions.
o
It was agreed upon to
have each Officer to give a little spiel concerning their Chapter duties
at the next PDM
o
Dennis Leahy reported on
New BSCM class starting at Tyco Healthcare 4 April 2007 (should be put
on the schedule so web site can be updated).Sandra and Keith
o
Next Board meeting need
to buy extra thin crust veggie pizza (one is not enough)
