CEGA Board Meeting
April 18, 2007
CEGA conducted a BoD meeting on 18 April 2007 at 6
PM. Members present were Pam Moore, Dennis Leahy, Clint Grant, Sandra
Harvey and Janet Boyd.
Items discussed were as follows:

Keith and Sandra reported on Region trip to New Orleans.

Agreement reached on sending out the Board of Directors
nominations
-
Agreement on Dr. Fair PDM scheduled for 22 May 2007
-
The Chapter is in good financial condition, report by
Treasurer Janet Boyd.

All Payables have been received from the Tyco BSCM class
-
Tyco has class scheduled to end of year MPR and DSP (on
web site)
-
Clint was tasked with linking the calendar with the
minutes from the Board Meetings and PDM’s to enable easier access
during the CBAR reconciliation.
Meeting was adjourned at 8 PM
